Fortune 500 Retail: Mid-Fidelity Prototype
For this project, I designed and tested a prototype for engaging home improvement customers. My work included qualitative research to understand what kinds of questions would build trust and excitement for customers, as well as what design elements would bring delight.

Call center agents at a Fortune 500 retailer struggled to use legacy software. In this project, I led design for a new enterprise software program that included improved UI, reduced costs, and carried stronger visual branding.
