UX REDESIGN

Global Bank

Project Overview: A leading global bank sought to elevate its digital presence to better attract and engage talent, with an emphasis on early career professionals. As part of a rebranding initiative, the project focused on transforming public-facing sections of the bank’s website, such as the careers section, to optimize SEO discovery and deliver a more intuitive user experience.

Result: Page visitorship and SEO referral traffic increased significantly.

MIXED METHOD UX RESEARCH

Federal Agency

Project Overview: A complex federal website based on legacy technology needed modernization. Making the project successful included uncovering user needs and goals, creating a task hierarchy and prioritizing features, and making incremental feature improvements within existing technology constraints.

Result: Waterfall requirements were validated with a task hierarchy and brought into alignment with the product features roadmap. Users were able to complete application review more expediently through reduced interaction cost.

PROTOTYPES and A/B TESTING

Fortune 500 Retailer

Project Overview: A home improvement company sought to better qualify customers for kitchen redesign projects. I researched business needs (i.e. required information) and conducted qualitative research to understand what kinds of questions would build trust and excitement for customers. I then iteratively tested prototypes to assess what design elements would bring delight. We then conducted a multivariant test on the live corporate site comparing the “old” and “new” lead capture forms.

Result: Developed a lead capture process achieving a 124.4% higher conversion rate its competing variant, enabling increased sales within Home Services.
